In talking to our customers and fans, we've heard a consistent request for versions of our videos with captioning or subtitles. Many organizations need videos to be as accessible and captions enable the hearing impaired, among others, to benefit from the video experience. Our complete library of videos (in English) is now available with captions. More specifically, the standard we're using is called "Open Captioning".
You can see the captions in the black background below:
Soon a new option will appear in your video library that will allow you to select the subtitled version of any video for displaying, embedding or downloading. However, it may be a few weeks before this option is available on the website. If you'd like to use these open-captioned versions in the meantime, we're happy to provide you the video files. Just contact us and let us know which video titles you would like to use.

Subtitles
This is fantastic. Very useful in education as studies show that all students (not just hearing impaired) benefit from having the subtitles there as it helps with comprehension and fluency.
