Today we’re announcing two big things.
1) A new video: Online Citizenship - Explained by Common Craft (This video has been in your library for a while)
2) A new feature of Common Craft membership: Cut-outs
We’ll start with the video:

What it teaches:
Sometimes communicating via computers can feel anonymous and make people lose touch with the impact of what they say online. This video highlights the problems this causes and explains a basic idea: that our words matter, online and off. It teaches:
• Why citizenship matters in the real world
• How one person can behave differently online and off
• What happens when someone forgets that real people get their comments
• Why citizenship is important online and off
New Feature: A Library of Common Craft Cut-Outs
In a recent newsletter I mentioned a new design for Common Craft that was the beginning of a number of changes. Last week many of those changes became a reality.
I’m excited to announce that you now have access to a growing library of over 500 Common Craft Cut-outs, just like the ones in our videos. Cut-outs are digital images that can be downloaded and used in your presentations, explanations and videos. They’re a great alternative to clip art and stock photography. We're providing them as downloadable .ZIP files and PowerPoints for ease-of-use. New cut-outs will be arriving often and we'll hope to hear suggestions from you.
Please pardon our dust. The Common Craft website has more changes coming and you may continue to see some odd behavior for a bit.
