Mobile Blogging via Treo 650

By leelefever on November 17, 2005 - 9:34am.

I've been geeking out a lot on all the things we can do with gadgetry on the trip. You might remember that I first posted about a device (the i-Mate PDA2K) back in June that I thought would be good for mobile blogging.

I've been using a PalmOne Treo 650 for the last couple of months and I think it's going to be the close-to-perfect gadget for our needs on the trip.

Over at TwinF I posted a bit about all the capabilties I've been testing.

Good choice there with the Treo. I have been mobile blogging with my 600 for a bit now and it works very nicely. See:

Good luck with the big trip. Sounds like a blast.

Absent from the Treo 650 is Wi-Fi, which, although debatable with regard to necessity, has become a staple feature of high-end communicators - and as such is an unfortunate exclusion when considering the competitive landscape.
