Russian "Gmail Art" Video - Life Sized Paperworks

By leelefever on February 27, 2008 - 9:58am.

From the description on the video page, this is:

A video that Saatchi Moscow created and produced for Google to attract more Russian people on GMail.

Visually, it's a bit like our videos, but in a giant format.  Instead of pieces of paper, they are using giant pieces of pre-printed fabric.  The video is quite artful and well done. Isn't it funny too, that it's by Saatchi and Saatchi instead of Lee and Sachi?

Hello from Russia! I just

Hello from Russia!

I just wanted to say that this video just looks similar to yours, but comparable to your videos it's boring and slow in explanation manner (that makes it boring). BEsides the explanations they provide are vague (creators failed to figure out main points of their message to public correctly), on the contrary - your explanations are really concrete and helpful.
Finally, even I'm a russian speaking person, your videos are more perceptive for me than this one which is on my native language.

Regards,
Victor.

I love the video, and the teamwork. Great concept and well put together. I love the blinking cursor in the search box.
