I have a deliverable due in the short term (read: I'm in a hurry here) and I need to find as many examples/papers/posts/presentations, etc. of:

1. Blogs being used for training and leadership development inside companies.

2. Blogs being adopted used successfully by Fortune 500 companies.

If you know of anything that might be useful, please do leave a comment. Thanks in advance.

I presented a paper at a conference in Taiwan which describes a number of corporate blogging applications. You can link to it here: http://www.ottergroup.com/blog/_archives/2005/3/8/409700.html

We are currently using blogs for a program that we are running inside Merrill Lynch, which you can read about in the paper.
