Off to Vancouver BC

Sachiko and I are headed up to Vancouver to hang out with the guys from Bryght. If you're not familiar, they provide hosted sites that are built on the Drupal community content platform. We're going for "business reasons", but I'm really looking forward to the non-work non-geek activities too.
I've been playing with Drupal for a couple of months now and I'm pretty impressed. You'll probably be hearing more from me about it as I'm planning to have a new site soon that will be built on it.
I'm returning to Seattle Thursday night and will be back at my normal work schedule Friday...

Exciting! I have been playing around with Drupal for about a year now and two weeks ago relaunched a big site I run, Idolblog (http://www.idolblog.com/) and I'm so loving the flexibility of it. It's saving me a heck of a lot of work and really hands the site back over to the members to run (which they are in a big way).

(Oh, i envy you, Vancouver is a great place! Be sure to go to Granville Island and to the Van Dusen botanical garden, my two favourite places in the city!)
I just recently started playing around with Drupal, i've been a movable type user for several years now. I love Drupal so far, but I am having a hard time adapting to the different templating structure. I didn't give it much attention yet, but it looks much scarier than the MT template system... I'll be looking forward to reading more from you on Drupal.
