I came a little late to this one unfortuantely. Lenn Pryor is Robert Scoble's boss at Microsoft and Matthew Oliphant is from Business Logs

At Microsoft, it can help you to be a blogger, so says Lenn.

On comment management. Matthew only edits items that have mangled urls and deletes spam. Publish your policy and make sure your readers know it.

Beware that disgreements can explode with people accessing blogs. "Who are you to be the spokesperson for me?". It takes skill to handle these situations and ultimately the culture of the group can govern hoe this works.

I wish I had more from this presentation...
