I've always hated the word "blog" and never liked "klog" (knowledge log) and now I've seen the Queen Mary of the weblog Frankenstein words: "plog" (short for project log). That's scary.
Regardless, I'd recommend the article if weblogs behind the firewall is your area of interest- particularly from an IT management standpoint.
