For those of you not in Silicon Valley (like me), this is a billboard is part of a hiring strategy that Google is using to find "only the smartest engineers".

I got through this first question quickly, but then the next question is a TON harder. I gave up after about 30 minutes. Guess I'm not smart enough to work at Google.... oh well.
